Ms. Marshall has over 30 years of full charge bookkeeping experience, including 20 years of small business operations experience. Ms. Marshall oversees all aspects of Fowler’s business, including Finance, Contracts, Hiring, Budgeting, and various other roles.
Project Manager & Business Developer
Mr. Swaney is a multi-faceted engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Mr. Swaney has overseen the placement of Project Support and Engineering staff augmentation services to Hanford contractors for over 16 years. He is uniquely qualified to assist management and Buyer’s Technical Representatives in the evaluation, hiring and retention of highly skilled and qualified candidates. Mr. Swaney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).
Mr. Robert Marshall, Jr., has over 26 years of experience in DOE nuclear facilities including reactor, chemical processing, laboratory, and tank waste operations. He has fifteen years of experience in planning and scheduling and is well versed in the conduct of operations, having led several facilities through formal reviews. He has held management positions in engineering, production control, and analytical operations, and was a qualified reactor control room supervisor. Mr. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Metallurgy from Washington State University.
Mr. Marshall has 7 years of experience with Fowler, mainly in the field of Finance and Accounting. Mr. Marshall assists in maintaining our field of resumes for potential jobs and assists in responding to all RFP’s. He reviews all contracts to ensure Fowler is adhering to all requirements and tracks job completion. Mr. Marshall has a Master’s in Business-Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Frederick acts as the Site Coordinator and handles receipt of all Request for Proposals. She is familiar with training and badging processes, and the different work locations on site. She will be the primary point-of-contact handling all solicitation requests, providing resumes and proposals and general coordination.
