Our team has been successfully performing contracts for the Federal Government and private sector for more than 30 years.  Our staff has extensive experience in the nuclear project field.

Robert Marshall, Jr., Owner
Mr. Robert Marshall, Jr., has over 26 years of experience in DOE nuclear facilities including reactor, chemical processing, laboratory, and tank waste operations.  He has fifteen years experience in planning and scheduling and is well versed in the conduct of operations, having led several facilities through formal reviews.  He has held management positions in engineering, production control, and analytical operations, and was a qualified reactor control room supervisor.  He implemented conduct of operations, ALARA programs, and emergency preparedness drills.  He facilitated the development and training for all analytical services managers and employees. 

Mr. Marshall completed procurement, design, programming, and installation of the multi-million dollar site laboratory information management system.  He directed 200 employees operating a nuclear laboratory facility analysis; implemented successful initiatives including combining bargaining unit and exempt employees into cohesive working teams; and instituted changes to Analytical Services which resulted in a cost improvement of 33% and improved laboratory throughput by 200%.  Additionally, he completed three multi-million dollar facility upgrades with no impact to services.  Mr. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Metallurgy from Washington State University.

Mr. Marshall was a project manager to the Tank Farms Interim Stabilization Tank Retrieval Program where he was responsible for providing oversight in the areas of engineering, operations, project scheduling, and work-package planning.  He was instrumental in assisting the U.S. Department of Energy Office of River Protection meet interim stabilization pumping schedule goals and performed equipment development technical studies and pilot scale testing to select preferred equipment.  Mr. Marshall is currently a project manager for Tank Waste Retrieval.
